Job Description

Position SummaryReporting into Account Director and ultimately the Sr. Director of Account Management.  The Senior Account Manager manages a small team to work with our clients and staff to oversee production as well as other projects for our clients.  The Senior Account Manager must be able to multitask, prioritize workload and advocate on behalf of the client all while overseeing a team.  They must be extremely detail oriented and be able to work independently.

Job duties

■   Manage a small team of 1 or 2 Assistant Account Managers or Account Managers working on a specific client

■   Oversee the management of project details & coordination from start to completion

■   Maintaining workflow systems

■   Complete understanding of Tag:cmd (Tag’s own tracking system)

■   Training the client on Tag:cmd

■   Understand the billing process as well as when sales tax is applied

■   Begin to understand the process of yearly scope of work/ budget planning

■   Conduct pricing exercises

■   Help develop and train Assistant Account Managers

■   Maintain clear face-to-face communication with clients at all times and manage client expectations

■   Maintain close contact with Account Managers on same client in other locations

Job Requirements

Job qualifications

■   3+ years of experience in Account Management

■   Customer service skills

■   Written and interpersonal skills

■   Highly organized

■   Keen attention to details

■   Motivate and lead a team

■   Able to delegate and follow up Desirable

■   BA Degree

■   Agency / Media / Digital Media / Publishing experience■   Production / Marketing experience   

Advantageous but not essential

■   Bilingual
